Newsletter Archive
Every newsletter you send is saved to your Archive - a permanent record of your published content. The Archive is available in the sidebar and serves as both your admin view and the source for your public archive page.
Viewing Your Archive
Section titled “Viewing Your Archive”Click Archive in the sidebar to see all sent newsletters, ordered by date. Each card shows:
- Subject - the newsletter title
- Date - when it was sent
- Stats - subscriber count, open rate, and click rate (if tracking is available)
- Excerpt - a preview of the newsletter content
- Visibility - whether the newsletter is public or private
Click any newsletter to read the full content.
Visibility Toggle
Section titled “Visibility Toggle”Each newsletter in the archive has a visibility badge: Public or Private.
- Public - the newsletter appears on your public archive page and is discoverable by anyone with the link
- Private - the newsletter is hidden from the public archive but still accessible via its direct link (the “View in browser” link from the original email always works)
Click the badge to toggle between public and private. The change takes effect immediately - no need to save or confirm.
